I didn't get his name but he's mid 20's, possibly management and uses too much liner on his brows? He needs to be pulled aside by his boss and reminded what company he works for and how important customer service is. I buy a TON of Starbucks and have never came in contact with someone as unpleasant as him.June 12, 2016
